Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions, along with any Agreements, are collectively referred to as: The terms "Customer," "You," and "Your" pertain to you, the individual browsing our website and/or making a purchase. Our company, XENTHA WHOLESALER LIMITED., is denoted as "The company," "Ourselves," "We," and "Us."

All terms encompass the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment required to facilitate our assistance to the Customer.

For customers exporting goods out of the country, the following terms apply:

• Minimum Export spend is £80.

• Goods intended for VAT exemption must be collected by a reputable shipper, who is mandated to furnish us with a Collection Note and Bill of Lading for Air Freight or Shipment Certificate for Sea Freight.

• We accept cash, bank transfers, and debit cards only as methods of payment.

• Bank transfer funds must be reflected in our bank account before goods can be released to you.

• We do not accept UK credit cards, international debit or credit cards, or cheques.

• Goods must be collected by the shipper within 2 weeks of purchase.

• Full payment must be received by Xentha team before goods can be released to the Freight Agent.

These Terms & Conditions constitute part of the Agreement between the Customer and Ourselves. Your access to this website and/or completion of a sale indicates your comprehension, agreement, and acceptance of the complete Terms & Conditions outlined herein. Your Statutory Consumer Rights remain unaffected.
